Home All sales are final; however, if, for any reason, you find that there are errors on your napkins regarding a mistake on our part, you may receive a full refund for the stated amount of the misprinted napkins. Also, if your package gets lost in delivery, you may receive a refund for the total amount of your order. Call us toll free at (866)743-7346 if you find any errors pertaining to your order. You may then opt to have your napkins reprinted free of charge or you may receive a refund for your napkin order; however, we do not refund for orders that do not match your liking or the desired shade for your event. If you are not sure of the shade of a particular color, you may ask for a sample napkin to be mailed to you.

 
If an order is placed via telephone, an order confirmation will be mailed to the customer within the following 5 hours. From that point, we will give the customer 48 hours to respond to any errors that may exist. (This could result from miscommunication or unclear phone reception.) The only exception is when a customer places an order for rush service shipping that must be shipped within the following business day. In this case, order confirmations for rush service shipping will be emailed within 2 hours after the order is placed. The customer then has 5 hours to respond to any errors that may exist. If the customer does not receive an order confirmation within the designated time, please call us at (866)743-7346 to ensure that the correct email address was given and that the email was not blocked from the customer's inbox. WE DO NOT GRANT REFUNDS IF THE ERROR RESULTS FROM CUSTOMERS FAILING TO NOTIFY THAT A CONFIRMATION HAD ERRORS OR WAS NOT RECEIVED.
